Right of withdrawal
SATO A.E. attaches great importance to the excellent quality of its products.
If for any reason you withdraw in relation to any kind of purchase please return it as soon as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt and we will be happy to replace it or credit you all or part of it amount you bought it.
A necessary condition - in any case - is the returned item to have intact and complete packaging, with all the accessories and additional benefits - benefits that accompanied its sale, its original purchase documents and any other accompanying form or item (p eg labels, tags, guarantee form, instructions for use, gift-checks, etc.). For some items, for health or safety reasons, returns are not accepted. Before buying them please consider the above.
In any case, it is pointed out that the shipping costs charged to the customer for sending and delivering his order to him, are not refundable.
In addition, the customer is charged with the cost of returning the product, where it is set, after consultation of the customer with the "Customer Service" of SATO A.E. at 210 700 1495. No claim can be made against SATO A.E. by the customer and / or a third party involved in relation to the payment of the shipping costs that will be required for the return of the product to SATO A.E ..
In any case, the product must be unused and in excellent condition, with all its parts, of the original documents that accompanied it upon delivery (retail receipt / Shipping Receipt or Invoice / Shipping Receipt), but also the accompanying forms of the return, any other or additional benefit - benefit given with it in view of the market (eg gift-checks, additional or other product, etc.), as well as its packaging and other contents thereof in intact and excellent condition (eg box, styrofoam, nylon, batteries, instructions for use, etc.) and with the RETRUN FORM completed.

In case of return of the products and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by SATO SA, the credit to the customer will be made under the supervision of SATO SA, by credit to the credit / debit card or to the account with which the customer made the specific purchase (based on the customer's statement) and for the details of which he will inform SATO SA.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete SATO A.E. has no obligation to receive them or has the right to receive them and to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and any damage caused by it, and to proceed unilaterally and without any other total or partial set-off of its claim against the customer. In general, in order to complete the repayment process, regardless of the justification, the customer must have fully repaid his debt to SATO A.E., both in terms of cost of the item and shipping charges.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal - return

The return and withdrawal rights provided above do not apply in the following cases:

  • The product has been manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer, ie it is personalized.
  • Supply of sealed products which are not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Supply of products which, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed or linked to other elements.
